Upon claiming your luggage, please Procced to Ground Transportation Booth (GTI) located by exit door, and ask for Crystal Limo. A limo will be paged and ready for your pickup within minutes.

No Shows: Billed at the full rate of transportation reserved.
Late Cancellation: If service has not started, and reasonable notice has been given, charges will not apply.
Storm Conditions: We reserve the right to delay pick-up times until weather conditions are safe for the customer and driver.
